How to Make Baked Banana Chips
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Begin by peeling the over-ripe bananas. Lay them across a cutting board and cut each banana into smaller 1/2 in. thick slices.
Cover a baking sheet in parchment paper. Individually place each slice across the baking sheet. Use your fingers to drizzle the slices with lemon juice, and kosher salt. Then flip and drizzle the other sides. Try and cover it across the slices evenly.
Place the baking sheet in the oven on the middle rack. Let the banana slices bake for 2 hours. After 2 hours take the slices out and flip each one over. Bake for another 2 hours and then let cool. Enjoy your new delicious snacks with your choice of dip!
