How to Make Banana Pancakes

Start off by peeling and chopping the bananas. Then, mash the bananas in a medium bowl with a fork until most lumps are removed.

In a large bowl, mix and whisk the eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, and bananas until the mixture is smooth.
TIP: Don't skip adding the baking powder. Without it, they don't rise much and can feel a bit like banana eggs. That said, they're still really tasty and very quick to make, just don't expect your standard pancakes because you might be pleasantly surprised.

Heat a pan over medium heat, add some cooking spray, and cook the mixture for a few minutes until the pancake is cooked on each side. Once you are done cooking, you can serve the pancakes with the maple syrup and anything else you would like.
TIP: Don't be afraid to decorate your pancakes with slices of banana and really enjoy your food!
