How to Make Banana Walnut Chia Pudding

Using a cutting board, cut half a banana into 1/2 in. slices. Throw the slices into a medium mixing bowl and mash with a fork until it becomes the consistency of paste. Add the cinnamon and honey to the bowl and combine. Once combined, add the chia seeds and almond milk and mix all together. Once mixed well, cover the bowl and refrigerate over night or a minimum of 4 hours.

Serve by filling a glass or mason jar. Layering from the bottom to the top, place a few spoon fulls of the thick mix into the bottom then place more banana slices. Add more mix over top the slices and repeat this process until you reach the ring of the glass or jar. Top with walnuts and banana slices as desired and enjoy!
