Ingredients
- 14 ounces Beef Stew Meat
- 2 Carrots
- 2 tablespoons Tapioca Flour
- 2 teaspoons Light Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Dark Soy Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Sesame Seed Oil
- 2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Oyster Sauce
- 1 head Garlic
- 1 head Yellow Onion
- 1/2 tablespoon Ginger
- 1 teaspoon Peppercorn
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- Salt & Pepper
How to Make Black Pepper Beef Stir Fry
1 Done | Use your cutting board, pick out 4 cloves of garlic and mince them. After the garlic is minced, mince 1 onion. Begin slicing the bell peppers into thin strips. Then slice each carrot until each is about 10 slices. |
2 Done | Add about 1/2 a teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper in a medium bowl with your beef. and mix. Add 2 tablespoons of tapioca flour and stir well. |
3 Done | Add a drizzle of olive oil to a large pan and set the burner to medium-high heat. Begin to cook the meat until it is brown with only a little pink. After it is done, remove the meat and set it aside. |
4 Done | Drizzle olive oil in the same pan. Start to saute a 1/2 tablespoon of ginger and the minced garlic. Add the green pepper, carrots, red pepper, and then onion. Put 1/4 cup of water and saute until golden brown, about 2 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of black peppercorn. |
5 Done | Place the meat back in the pan with the vegetables ad use 1 teaspoon of black pepper to season. Stir, then turn off the heat an d serve! |

This recipe is AMAZING. I will eat this for the rest of my life! So good and easy-peasy.
I love to use my crock pot year round. In the winter for comfort foods and in the summer because it is just too darn hot here most of the time. But I still enjoy a good soup during the summer and I’m bound to find one here!
