Ingredients
- 1 large head Cauliflower
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 8 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 cup Green Peas
- 1/2 of a cup Parsley
- 2 cups Carrots
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Pepper
- Oil
How to Make Cauliflower Fried Rice
1 Done | Begin by cutting the stem off of the cauliflower and roughly chop the cauliflower into smaller florets over the cutting board. Place the florets in a large bowl and rinse clean. |
2 Done | Then, fill a large pot of water and add the cauliflower. Steam the cauliflower for about 2 minutes on medium-high heat. Remove the Cauliflower with a straining spoon. Over the cutting board, grate or finely chop the cauliflower until it looks like pieces of rice. |
3 Done | In a large pan, place the chopped cauliflower on medium heat and cook until the moisture is fully removed for about 4 minutes. Remove the cauliflower and set it aside. |
4 Done | Add 2-3 tablespoons of oil to the emptied large pot and place the heat on medium. Add the onion and garlic. Wait 30 seconds, then add the bell peppers. After another 30 seconds add the peas, parsley, and carrots. Season the mix with salt and pepper. Place the cauliflower in the pot and turn the heat up to medium-high heat. Add a teaspoon of soy sauce. Make sure you mix well while cooking for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper again. Remove the pot from the heat, dish, and serve! |
