- 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1/4 cup Ghee
- 1/2 cup Franks Red Hot Sauce
How to Make Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wings
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Use foil to line a baking sheet. Use a wire wrack to set over the baking sheet.
Place the wings in a medium size bowl and use the paper towels to pat dry. Get the wings as dry as possible then add the salt, garlic powder, and avocado oil, tossing until evenly coated.
Place the wings evenly across the wrack. Bake for 40 minutes.
While the wings bake, stir the hot sauce and ghee together in a medium bowl to make the sauce.
Once the wings are cooked thoroughly, let them cool for a couple minutes. Place each wing in the sauce and mix around. Place the wings back on the wrack. Cook the wings for another 5 minutes. Then repeat the same process one more time.
