3 tablespoons Milk Luke warm
2 tablespoons Cashews
2 tablespoons Raisins
1/4 teaspoon Elachi Powder
3 tablespoons Ghee

How to Make Rava Laddu


Begin by heating your pan on medium-heat. Place 1 tablespoon of ghee into the pan and heat it. Add the cashews and heat for 1 minute then add the raisins and saute the two until the raisins expand. Pour the rava and a teaspoon of ghee over the top of the mix. Roast this for 4-5 minutes or until the color has changed, stirring continuously.


Continue stirring and add the coconut. Cook for another 2 minutes. After the mix has cooked, stir in the sugar. Once the sugar has been mixed well, turn the heat off of the pan.


After letting the pan cool for a couple of minutes, gradually pour the warm milk into the pan and use hands to mix it, making the contents sticky and moist. Grab a small handful and begin to roll and cup into balls. Do this until the mixture is gone. Dish and enjoy.
