- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 Tomato
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 2 Green Chili pepper
- 14 ounces Chickenchopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 of a teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 of a teaspoon Kuta Garam Masala
- 1/3 of a cup Yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice

How to Make Tawa Chicken
Use a cutting board to dice a tomato and mince 2 garlic cloves and enough ginger to equal a teaspoon. In a small bowl, mix a teaspoon each of the garlic and ginger in a bowl and set aside. Then chop up the green chili peppers into thin and round slices. Do the same with the onion.
Set the burner to medium-high heat. Saute the chopped ginger and garlic for about 2 minutes in a large pan. . Add the chopped chicken to the pan. Stirring consistently, cook the chicken for about 3 -5 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and 1/2 teaspoon of kuta garam masala. Stir the pan well until all the chicken is colored. Add the cut tomato, 1/3 cup of yogurt, and 1 chopped green chili. Cook and stir the mix for about 2-3 minutes.
Set the burner to low heat. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for about 8 - 10 minutes. Set the burner to medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and cook for 3 - 5 minutes and stir in between.
Take the pan off of the burner and sprinkle the last chopped green chili and about 2 ounces of coriander leaves. Put the round cut onion on the side of the pan for optional taste and serve!
